Programs and Services
Personalized, individualized programs and support.

Youth and Adults Residential Program
Healing and Strengthening Families
Residential Support Program
Our Residential Support Program is designed to empower both youth and adults in developing the skills and awareness necessary for managing and caring for their own homes. We prioritize respect for each individual’s autonomy, supporting their right to make choices while maintaining their dignity. Our services are available 24/7 and are tailored to meet individuals where they are, with support provided on a continuum based on personal desires and needs. Our goal is to enhance independence and self-sufficiency in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment.
Counselling Services
Our Counseling Services offer access to community-based mental health interventions, where individuals can receive personalized support tailored to their emotional and psychological needs. In addition to professional counseling, we integrate Inuit Elder support, providing a culturally rich perspective that honors traditions and promotes healing. Our services are designed to foster resilience and well-being, empowering individuals on their journey towards mental wellness.
Community Access Services
We believe that everyone deserves equal opportunity for growth. Our Community Access Services connect individuals with employment and volunteer opportunities that align with their skills and passions. Whether you're seeking to enter the workforce or engage in volunteer activities, we offer support and guidance to help you build meaningful connections and gain valuable experience.
Healing and Wellness Services
Our Healing and Wellness Services are designed to nurture both the spirit and body. Through arts, land-based activities, and cultural practices such as carving, beading, bannock making, and sewing, we provide opportunities for self-expression, connection to heritage, and personal healing. These activities are rooted in cultural traditions and serve as a pathway for individuals to reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
Kinship Care Services
Inuit Societal Values
At Wenson Support Services Inc., we are deeply committed to the power of Kinship Care, where Elders and family members are essential partners in supporting our clients. We believe that the involvement of family and Elders plays a pivotal role in the success of each individual, not only in achieving their daily goals but in fostering long-term growth and community integration.
Our Kinship Care approach ensures that clients are surrounded by a network of support, promoting a holistic model of care that values cultural connections, shared wisdom, and the strength of family ties. By honoring the traditions of Elders and the importance of family, we create an environment where clients are empowered to thrive, both within our programming and in their broader communities.
